Operations Manager (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term maternity cover contract. This role is key in supporting the day-to-day operations of the church and helping ensure that our ministries and activities run smoothly.

The Operations Manager will oversee areas such as administration, facilities, and coordination of church activities, working closely with staff and volunteers to support the life and mission of the church.

This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a collaborative environment.

Contract: Part-time, fixed-term (maternity cover)
Location: Kirkliston Community Church, 70 Main Street, Kirkliston, EH29 9AB
Hours: 10hours per week
Start Date: Spring 2026
